Refund, Returns and cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with ARSSH NATURALS We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or seek a refund for your purchase. Please review our policy below to understand the process.

Under what conditions can I return my product?

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
• Incomplete order – missing products

Initiation of Refund Request:

• In order to request a refund, you must initiate the request within 3 days of product delivery.
• Please visit My Account > Orders (or) click here to initiate your refund request.
• Make sure you have Proof of Purchase from arsshnaturals.com website (invoice).
• While Submitting request for refund and returns, make sure to attach copy of invoice and photo of the product you received.

Return and Inspection:

• Once your refund request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
• You are responsible for shipping the product back to us, and the shipping charges for the return are to be paid by the customer.
• After your product(s) is received, we will verify it against the claim and initiate the refund accordingly.

Refund Processing:

• If the returned product meets the required conditions, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the inspection is completed and approved.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Under what conditions return requests will not be accepted?

• Opened/ used/ altered products.
• Product Seal Opened.
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
• The return request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel order from CANCEL button from order details page under My account section. You just need to give reason for cancellation, and leave rest on us.

ARSSH NATURALS reserves the right to cancel any order/request without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order/request before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

Note – Orders can be only cancelled till the status is “Ready to Ship”.

Please be aware that the refund policy outlined above applies only to products purchased directly from our website. If you have purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please refer to their return and refund policy.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 3 days of delivery.

How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made from within 7 business working days.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?

• Incase of cancellation of an order, We will process your refund within 7 business days.
• In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received and post completion of inspection. Please note, this entire process takes up to 1 week after the return has been picked up.

Who will pay charges for the product returns?

The shipping charges for the return are to be paid by the customer.
